started this Monday with some cleaning while making waffles for the weekly mornings brekky before work; then made 20+ home made granola bars out of dates, seeds, nuts, & coconut oil; proceeded with the baking with black bean burgers with home grown cilantro; after that the kitchen had to be cleaned!
By the time all that was done it was 1030!!!
not sure where all of the time went, showed up to Monday Runday 5 hours early and ran the course backwards – a little more difficult this way
