running . . . away

i told myself i would be on my feet for 60 minutes 7 times in the next 7 days; as i’ve been running – and listening to sermons; things i’ve learned on these runs/walks:
1. it takes longer to walk than it does to run, but you burn the same number of calories – based on the distance
2. ‘Bones’ has lots of energy, can be trained, is difficult to control when other animals are around
3. reading and walking makes the time go faster
4. The Prize – is the woman and the man
5. i’m immature
6. i can run farther than i planned to run or even wanted to
7. it takes 2 hours to walk home from work if you stop at a bank to open
